Who I am
My path to Synergetics
My professional and personal journey has been shaped by the question of how mental, emotional, and physical processes are connected. For many years, this search led me from pedagogy and psychology through inner paths of experience to applied synergetics. A work that takes inner perception seriously and enables self-organization.
Pedagogy & Psychology
My professional background is in pedagogy and psychology. They formed the basis for my understanding of human development processes.
Inner Paths of Experience
For many years, I intensively dealt with inner perception, meditation, and consciousness work as a path to personal clarity.
Applied Synergetics
From these experiences, my approach to applied synergetics developed as a self-organizing process of inner change.
My professional path
Study and early influences
After graduating from high school, I studied political science, sociology, and sports in Munich. This period shaped my understanding of social contexts, individual development, and the connection between body and mind.
Pedagogical activity
Since 1980 I worked as a high school teacher in Munich. Many years of working with young people allowed deep insights into personal development processes, inner conflicts and individual life paths.
Growing inner questions
Parallel to pedagogical work, psychological and inner processes increasingly moved into the foreground. Questions about inner order, mental health, and personal development formed the basis for my further path.
